This one sounds a bit strange.. but tossing your cookies, or vomiting, is exactly what helps with starting to write. Sometimes you don't know how to start or what to write. Start vomiting! Writing about what makes you angry is a great way to get your mind into the right state. Once all the words are vomited into your journal, there's more headspace! More room to write about other things. Or get on with your day. Only with a more clear mind.
