winter bingo

Winter is finally getting to me? I feel like I'm at the start of falling into a rut. Something that, when it happens, happens in winter. I always notice it when I fall into my 'couch potato mood'. A mood where I do not have a lot of energy in the evenings and start postponing my qi gong lessons, slowly stop making art, feel blegh and just want to sit on the couch and watch series.

So the need to keep myself on track, happy and healthy is high. A good moment to make a new bingo card (with very low expectations) to cross of this winter. Just to keep myself busy. Who's with me?

my bingo card: low stakes, high rewards

small things that hopefully make a difference

> start the day with box breathing and feel my nervous system relax
> warm my feet on the heating pad: going to bed warm and fall asleep easily
> stretch my neck and upper back, let stress go
> put on the salt lamp every evening for that cozy feeling
> crawl into bed a little earlier with a book, instead of watching series (late)
> leave my phone in another room and do something 'analog'
> start a new puzzle
> light candles when having dinner
> use the journaling technique toss your cookies to let everything out
> meditate!
> take a warm evening bath and dress in my warmest pj's
> start the day with a qi gong lesson
> go for a walk by myself
> plan a whole evening without screens
> diffuse essential oils
