wins of the week
In the menu you can find a button that's called practices. I'm collecting all the journal techniques I use over there.
Today I'm adding another way of journaling that I call wins of the week.
It's like celebrating the tiny (but important) victories in life.
This journaling technique I learned from someone who has depressions. And it is a very helpful tool for that. But even if you don't suffer from depression, it can be a helpful tool on bad or hard days.

some examples
on some days the wins are bigger..✦ I managed to do a qi gong class today (after a hiatus) and it gave me the feeling of a reset. My body was loose, my head empty and zen, but I was still full of energy. There's no sport or way of moving that makes me feel like this. I'm happy I did the lesson and the feeling it gave me.
✦ The letter for the 5-yearly cervical cancer research was lying here for months already. I had to either make an appointment with my general practitioner or get a self test. I finally managed to do the self test and was able to mail it. I'm really bad at doing things like this on time...
on some days the wins are small..
✦ I needed some more me-time and I managed to schedule that today. I'm proud of myself for making this a priority and that I'm taking care of myself in this way.
✦ I'm happy I practiced my German a lot this week and reached level 22 in Duolingo.
