this week I was grateful for...

/ that I tried to take action when I felt like getting into a couch potato rut.

/ something that makes the harder days better: taking a bath in warm water. and also grateful for the bathtub pillow that makes it more comfy.

/ magnesium for taking the edge of my PMS.

/ that work wasn't as slow as expected.

/ finding hum of maybe.
