apparently the knee taping before work on Saturday has worked! I haven't had real bad pain since. the 3km walk on Sunday morning was not pain free. it was mostly other areas that were aching (the hips and lower back mostly), the knee was still okay-ish. I'm trying to be mindful of how I get up, how I sit (not crossed legged), what shoes I wear and that sort of thing. everything to find out where it's really coming from and how I can make it better fast. it's a journey!
