april happy mail

Wow, this has turned into a big post because I apparently sent quite a few letters in April! And I even didn't send anything during the last week and a half of the month because we were on vacation. Here's to another good month of mail in May!

The first note of the month went to Kaatje. Hello April! With another beautiful piece of paper from Flow magazine, a Pantone card, and the cute paper with oranges.

Tjitske received some mail. I ordered the black-and-white wrapping paper a while ago and used it to make an envelope for the letter. In Flow magazine, I found the illustration with the hand drawn people on it, and I thought it would be a good fit : )

Stephanie received a flowery note. The paper I used to make the envelope with, comes from Flow magazine. I added some doodles of my own ; ) I also made my own sealing stickers to send along with it, and a card with some zen doodles on it, because I know Stephanie appreciates that kind of thing!

For a themed mail round I sent mail to America. Theme plants.

On the left: wrapping a gift for a colleague. Middle: letter for Sonja. Right: the ex libris stamp I made for Liesbet.

For Siem I made a long letter. With two pages from a comic book.

Here you can see the whole page.

'Lichtpuntjes post' I made for Mandy. The colors of the envelope are so good!

Paula received another package. In the latest issue of Flow magazine, I saw a page with colors that I immediately loved, especially the combination of them. So bold, the neon yellow with purple and blue-green! The photo doesn't do it justice... it's so much prettier in real life than I was able to capture in the photo! I also found the perfect stickers to go with it. From a roll of my WOWgoods stickers, exactly the same neon yellow color : D

Pen pal Lucia got a birthday card. The card was made by Marieke ten Berge.
I made a surprise package for Denise. She had mentioned before that she really liked my bunnies, so I made one for her this month and secretly sent it to her. She will surely recognize what it is and who it is from just by looking at the envelope : D
I recently started writing to Milou the forest ranger (how cool!), and my first post to her was this chicken post. I found some beautiful paper in a book and made two chicken stamps with it, which I turned into a card.
At PaperShopMaastricht, I found some really cute cards, including this Frida. I immediately thought it would be perfect for Malu, so I sent it to her right away : D
For Eveline, I made animal mail with little insects. My favorite animal is a fox, so I was a fan of the envelope myself!
Flower mail for Vronica.
