I have no idea where all this motivation came from to be so sporty all of a sudden. but I'm trying to go full in and enjoy it while it lasts. I hope I can form some sort of routine now that I can stick to!

the schedule I'm trying to keep now:
2-3 mornings (beginner) pilates for stronger core & muscle stretching
1 hike with weighted vest for more endurance & to get stronger
4 times physiotherapy exercises for runners knee & sciatica
3 times indoor biking
